Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our ZERO Cancellation service is exclusively applicable to specific flights booked on www.triparoma.com. Please note the following terms:

1. The amount collected for availing the cancellation service fee is non-refundable.
2. Customers are eligible for a complete waiver on selected flights only if the ticket is canceled 24 hours prior to departure.
3. In the event of cancellation, the waiver will not be applicable, and regular cancellation penalties will be charged.
4. The user agreement and privacy policy of TripAroma are applicable.
5. TripAroma reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking in case of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent.
6. TripAroma shall not refund the booking amount in cases of misuse or abuse.
7. Customers who are travel agents by occupation are prohibited from making bookings for their customers. TripAroma reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking in such cases, with no refund of the booking amount.
8. TripAroma holds the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms.
9. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the service by the customer or travel agent, TripAroma reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
10. TripAroma may modify the terms of the Cancellation & Refund Policy, and any such modifications will be updated on the website.
